River Bank

The River Bank house is a simple rear extension to maximise client’s habitable areas, at the same time enjoy the view towards the River Bank towards the rear garden. The location of the building, sits next to New River. The river is an important feature to the proposal as the rear extension was shaped according to the geographical location and the site features. The rear extension works parallel to the river making it directly seen from the inside of the building. The initial designs and idea were prepared using volume studies on a site location model. Later on finalising it with the client’s views and interests.
