Larman’s House

A plot in such scale and opportunity was available for us to explore. An opportunity to expand and create a new build semi detach family dwelling alongside, renovating and expanding the existing property to improve the living conditions of the future occupiers.

The site had a wide entrance boundary but limited with a triangle plot towards the rear. The shape of the site has played a dominant role in the formation of the build. The site would therefore provide additional housing to the market which currently lack family dwelling especially in the London borough of Enfield. The character has been respecting the current and surrounding buildings.
